Surround Technologies Releases Envision Visual LANSA Accelerator Version 5.6

BLOOMFIELD, NJ – November 1, 2004 – Surround Technologies, LLC, a leader in Windows development for the iSeries 400, today announced the immediate availability of the latest version of their popular Envision Visual LANSA Accelerator system. Among the list of new enhancements in Version 5.6 are new preview pane functionality, upgraded security options, expanded code generation wizards, and the brand new History Explorer Bar and Remarks module. 

"Our next scheduled release, Version 7.0, was not scheduled until next year in conjunction with the highly anticipated LANSA 11.0 release," claims Lee Paul, CEO of Surround Technologies, LLC. "but we just couldn't hold back these productivity enhancements from our clients until then. While this is a relatively minor release, it does pack a substantial set enhancements in the Code Generation Wizards, some of which were direct requests from our clients." With a couple of clients gearing up to start some new projects and initiatives, we wanted to provide them with the most productivity possible.
