Technical Writer

Location: Florida

Responsibilities:
Software development, issue analysis and fixes, windows and web development, technical support and help desk.

Characteristics:
Individual must be self-motivated with a "can-do" attitude, aptitude for new ideas and suggestions, strong verbal and written communications skills, and a strong work ethic.


Requirements:

Required — Proficient in Microsoft Word for creating professional technical documentation.

Secondary — Skills in creating CHM documentation, using screen captures and videos in documentation, Techsmith's SnagIt, and Adobe's Captivate.
