Inside Sales Representative

representative to follow up on leads, answer calls from
customers and close business.

Primary Job Responsibilities
- Contact and provide information to IT decision makers in companies of
all sizes
- High volume of phone and email activity to generate dependable pipeline
- Front line contact with prospects and leads
- Quick study on technical elements of software
- Maintain accurate records and data on clients
- Develop and maintain a high level of product and market knowledge to
help customers succeed with our products
Job Requirements
- Minimum 2 years Inside Sales experience in the software development
tools industry, with proven success selling to the IT audience.
- Confidence in overcoming sales objections and turning interest into
sales
- Detail oriented, technical proficiency, aptitude for learning
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills and professional
demeanor
- Knowledge of sales procedures, practices and techniques
- Proven ability to succeed with minimal supervision
- Technology and computer literacy required. Proficient in a variety of
software programs including Word, Excel, Outlook and PowerPoint.
Education
- Bachelors Degree (BA/BS) required

- Base salary plus commissions commensurate with experience.
